Packaging & Delivery

All our meat and pies are packed fresh.

All orders placed Monday to Thursday will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be despatched on Monday.
Depending on your order these will be distributed in one of the following ways 
1: Vacuum packed 
2: Placed on a tray and wrapped in suitable packaging for its travel. 
 
Either method will then be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in an insulated box with sorba freeze refrigerated pads to keep the contents temperature controlled until it arrives with you.

Our courier service do require a signature on delivery, if you are not available please make alternative arrangments for delivery ie with a neighbour or email us with an alternative delivery address.

if you are not in and your parcel has been delivered, we do not take any responsibility for the parcel. 

Delivery charges; 
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for cutomers within a 10 mile radius of any of our shops with purchases over £20.00 Please contact your nearest branch to place an order.
MAINLAND UK DELIVERY
Free delivery on any order of £80.00 and above. Delivery charge of £5.95 for orders under £80.00

We are confident that our products will be among the very best you have ever tasted and you will love every morsel. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, then please email us at robert bowring.co.uk or phone 01623 842359 and we will endeavour to put things right by offering a replacement or refund.  

Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the robertbowring.co.uk website. By accessing this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All products supplied via this website are supplied by Robert Bowring Farmers and Butchers, and all prices include vat.

Ordering;

you can order online at robertbowring.co.uk. using our online checkout process.
You will be sent an email order confirmation at which time you are then bound to our contract. 
Payment will be taken at time of order, and before goods are dispatched.
We may refuse to process an order due to the following;
1/ Goods are out of stock or not available
2/ Authorisation for payment cannot be obtained
3/ there is a price or product description error
4/ you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
5/ persons ordering online must be over the age of 18.

Delivery;

All our meat and pies are packed fresh, and dispatched within 48 hours and sent by next day couriers. The couriers are advised to leave in a safe place if there is nobody in to receive the goods. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect information that you have given regarding delivery date and address.

Charges;

We are only able to deliver to mainland UK addresses at the moment and a delivery charge of £5.95 for orders less than £80.00 applies.
Orders over £80.00 will be delivered free.

Cancellations and returns policy;

Because our products are fresh and cut to order once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, and refunds cannot be given. Payment is taken at time of order.
If for some reason any of our products is unsatisfactory or damaged please contact us and we will rectify the matter.

Licence;

Variation;
